أقال الرئيس الأمريكي الخاسر في الانتخابات، دونالد ترامب، وزير الدفاع مارك إسبر، وعين بدلا منه كريستوفر ميلر، مدير المركز الوطني لمكافحة الإرهاب.

وقال ترامب في تغريدتين عبر حسابه بموقع تويتر، "يسرني أن أبلغكم أن كريستوفر ملير (الحائز على ثقة مجلس الشيوخ)، سيصبح وزيرا للدفاع. بصورة سارية المفعول وعلى الفور.
