Including sleep.. daily habits that can lead to fatal cancer

A health report revealed that the prevention of cancer may not stop when we modify some lifestyles, such as: nutrition, body weight, physical activity, and smoking.

Explain that these are not the only elements of your daily routine that may increase your risk of cancer, and introduce more, including some surprising habits that can lead to cancer.

Alcohol:

Alcohol use increases the risk of developing at least seven types of cancer, including: mouth, throat, breast, colon, rectum and esophagus.

sleep:

Frequent medical studies warn of people not getting enough sleep (adults get 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep each night), and a growing body of research suggests that poor sleep increases the risk of cancer and heart disease.

Unit:

Studies have concluded that loneliness can cause the body to become inflammatory, and over time, this may increase the risk of cancer.

According to a study published in the journal Antioxidants and Redox Signaling, chronic inflammation caused by loneliness “may represent a key mechanism in the development of serious diseases such as atherosclerosis, cancer, and degenerative diseases.”

watching TV:

People who spend more than two hours a day watching TV have an increased risk of developing colorectal cancer at an early age, according to a recent study.

Nutritional supplements:

Officially, medical authorities recommended not taking vitamin E and beta-carotene supplements, and stressed their danger, and that they may increase the risk of cancer or heart disease.
