These dishes are a great option to start the day with. Here is a special tandoori sandwich recipe with the right amount of spices and herbs to get its delicious taste.
½ kg chicken breast
1tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Tandoori masala
Salt to test
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
Half a cup of oil
1 cup onion
1 cup of cucumber
2 to 3 green chillies
1 cup Mint
1 tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Chaat masala
Salt according to taste
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Double bread as needed
Take the boneless chicken in a bowl. Now add ginger, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper, tandoori spice and red chilli powder. Now mix everything well.
Put oil in the pan and add marinated chicken to cook. Now chop the chicken meat in the frying pan with the help of forks.
In a separate bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, green chillies, mint, coriander, cumin, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt and mozzarella cheese, and mix everything well.
Now add chicken and mix well.
Take a slice of bread and put the chicken mixture on it, put another slice of bread on the top.
In a dish, take three eggs and beat them well, dip the bread in eggs better and fry in a pan with a little oil.
Let the sandwich cook for one to two minutes on both sides and enjoy the delicious Tandoori chicken sandwich.
